Changing product data tabs

You can do this with a free translation plugin like Say What? – it is what I usually use for small, sitewide text changes.

Thanks for your response. Is there a way to do this by not using a plug in? I just want to limit the amount of plug ins I am using on my site.

Yes, you could change this with a theme override. We have some documentation on making theme overrides here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
