    I’m wondering how I can add information to the printed version of meeting list, im pretty handy with adding and altering code but can’t seem to figure out how it works. I want to add the meeting notes to the information that is on the printed version. otherwise it looks great and formatted neatly. thanks in advance for any support.

  • I hear ya. The way to do it would probably be for me to add meeting notes as a print-only cell on in the template.

    Toronto recently wanted this to be added so that they could also see it on the listing page itself, so that they could add notices about which meetings are open / closed.

    I’ll add it to my list and do it soon-ish.

    In the meantime, as a quick response, you could follow the instructions in the FAQ to make a copy of the archive-meetings template in your theme, and then add a new cell for the meeting notes.

    Something like:

    <td class="visible-print-block"><?php echo $meeting->notes?></td>

    thank you very much, for the area im in we used the notes to let people know what building/room or door to go in so would make sense to have on printed version only as on the website its there. you’ve been alot of help and thanks for your service.
