Hello, I was wondering which file should I edit in order to change the “Posted On” text which appears next to the post date. I am actually trying to translate it manually because WordPress did not translate it automatically. Perhaps this should be edited in a theme file? I have searched all my theme’s files for the text “Posted On” using the Windows search feature but I received zero results. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Please provide a link to your theme if possible. Usually it is in your template files index.php, page.php, single, php etc etc. But it is also possible that it is being produced by a function in your functions.php

Thanks for your reply. It turned out that I had to edit default.php in a sub folder.
