Changing post layout of homepage

I am using the Content Views plugin to create a different layout for my homepage. The grid layout is created and the following code is supplied for the theme files: <?php echo do_shortcode(“[pt_view id=5a22859f6p]”); ?>
where do i insert this in the theme code so that the view i created is applied to my website? I am running the foody by pangukot theme
