• [I’ve searched the forum on this and though it’s been asked a couple of times, I didn’t come across a decent answer.]
I’ve imported some posts from Blogger and a couple of them have got merged together (3 guys called “mark”!). It there a quick and easy way that the admin can transfer posts over? Even if it’s done the way we edit post categories and so on?
At the moment, all I can think of is signing in as both users and cut-and-pasting from one to the other!
    Is it possible thru phpmyadmin?

  • phpmyadmin would be the safest way to do considering all the authors have same names ??

Well, I’ve changed the names now. I’m generally only really stupid once a day. :o)
Do you know how I would do it in phpmyadmin, given that I wouldn’t be transfering all of the posts from one author to another. Is there some way to look at post titles or content and quickly change the author?

Well I would sort them into a new special cat. Then I would do the phpmyadmin thing.

    table:
prefix_posts is where everything is in 1 row.
