Changing placeholder text for category dropdown

    After looking through the file, though I might be able to add it to the job filters file however this didn’t work, the in the wp-job-manager-functions.php I saw this and added in my test 'placeholder' => __( 'Choose Job Title...', 'wp-job-manager' ),

    I dropped the updated file in a job-manager file in the theme directory but it still won’t change. Is this the correct way to change it?
