Changing Permalinks Structure

Hi everyone!

I am in the process of building a site and the permalink structure only works as default. Pages will not show up unless the permalink’s structure is default. I’ve never had an issue with permalinks in the past. I imagine it has something to do with this theme. Can anybody help??
