Changing permalinks manually..?

Hey guys. So I have my permalinks set up in a way so when I click on something, it shows up as /category/post-name

Now when I click on the name or the comments of a blog post that I make, it gives me a 404 error since it goes to https://www.angelsofdeath.xtreemhost.com/category/post-name instead of that post or its comments section.

How can I fix this?
