Changing permalinks for one category only

Hi guys,

I am currently trying to change the permalink of one category of my WordPress site is that possible?

So the one on my setting (which I don’t want to change) is site.com/category/post-title

But I want for one category, I want to remove the /category/ and just do straight site.com/title/ without uncategorizing the post. Is this possible?

so example:

example.com/states/alabama – example.com/alabama

I have Yoast Premium if that would help.
