    you have to need change in these three files

    1) Appointment-calendar->menu-pages->data-save.php

    Go line number 15 replace by $Status = “Approved”;

    2) appointment-calendar->appointment-calendar-shortcode.php

    Go line number 23 replace by $Status = __(“Approved”, “appointzilla”);

    3) appointment-calendar->appointment-calendar-mobile.php
    Go line number 61 replace by $Status = __(“Approved”, “appointzilla”);
