Changing password leads to WP failure

First of all, thank you for the great plugin!

I have a problem with changing a password. When you are logged in and you change your password via the profile page ([swpm_profile_form]) after saving WP shows a failure:

The password is changed but it shows that failure.
When I change something else like the name it saves correctly.

What can I do?
