Changing Page url

    Okay, I read ‘Change page URL name, not just category/post URL’ under this ‘How to’ thread but have not yet been able to figure out the real ‘How To’.
    I want to change mysite/wordpressstuff/?page_id=415 to mysite/wordpressstuff/a specific page

    Any one know the answer????
