Changing page titles

I can’t seem to change the titles of my pages. Trying to change all titles to upper and lower case; the first title in each of the drop down menus on the main page just won’t change.
site is frenchpresse.com. So, “price list” and the other first titles across the nav bars don’t update even though I have changed the page titles.
