Changing Page permalinks

    Hi how can I change the permalinks to all the pages on https://www.realhealth4life.co.za. I want the page link to be the page name, i.e realhealth4life.co.za/health-news, and what it is currently. I tried using the Change Permalinks button and changed the setting from Plain to Post Name but then when I open the website and click on a tab in the top menu I get ‘error 404 page not found’.

    With ref to this request I should have said “I want the page link to be the page name ….. and NOT what it is currently”
    I’d really appreciate some advice on this.
