Changing page location of Blog Posts

I changed my Settings -> Reading so that my blog’s front page is a static page.. while also changing my Posts page to a new page template I created.

However, when I go to the page that I set as the new Posts page, nothing shows up.

I’ve made sure the page template I’m using for the new Posts page has the blog while tag but still nothing will work. Any luck off the top of anyone’s head?
