changing out of stock text color

Using the ack-grep tool I find more than one CSS file where soldout is styled. Are you changing the right one?
Alternatively use Firefox’s inspect element (or a similar tool) to see what CSS rules are in effect:

Thank you what I found out was that I needed to save it to my style sheet. I think Artisteer was causing a conflict. Thank you for your help.
