My store is working, but my client, when editing or viewing a received order, would like to see the unit price (under the COST column) displayed excluding the VAT/TAX. Apparently it used to be displayed this way but changed with a recent WooCommerce update. Is it possible to change so that it displays this value excluding the VAT?

  • Hi there @axiom28

From what I gather, your customer would like to keep having the tax-excluding product prices under the Cost column.

I went ahead with testing this, with a test installation of mine, running the latest WooCommerce release (version 7.3.0), and I could see the product pricing displaying as expected (without tax), under the Cost column. Linked here is a screenshot showcasing this.

The tax settings, for my WooCommerce installation, can be seen here, while the product’s general settings can be reviewed here.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.
