Changing next ticket number sequence

Is there a way to change the sequence of the next ticket number to be assigned to a new ticket?
We’ve been using a different support system and recently changed to Fluent Support Pro. I want to change my Fluent Support ticket sequencing number from next ticket number (#18) to follow on from my previous support ticket numbering sequence (1704).
I asked support about doing this a few months ago and they said it wan’t possible, but its surely quite a common request for established companies migrating to the Fluent Support platform from another provider? It makes sense to carry on with your previous sequence to avoid any confusion with your clients. Also ticket number #18 makes it look like you’re the 18th client who has ever reached out to support! Haha.
Or do I have to send 1686 separate dummy support request emails to our support mailbox to get it correctly inline with our previous sequence?
