Changing nameservers

Hi everyone,

I’m having a really big issue with my wordpress.
I had it installed in 000webhost free servers. Due to a problem with emails, the account was suspended. I upgraded to Premium in Hosting24 and they transfered my files.
Now I need to change nameservers to point my domain to the new server.
I’ve been in contact for days with 000webhost, hosting24, wordpress and wildwestdomains.
This is what they tell me:

000webhost: You must change nameservers through your domain registrar.
hosting24: Same thing. My registrar is WildWestDomains. Domain was registered through wordpress though.
Wordpress: change them in admin panel. I can’t access admin panel because the account of server is suspended. I usually access it through limitbreakcrossfit.com/wp-admin. I can’t do that anymore.
WildWestDomains: We can’t help you with that. You must talk directly to WordPress.

I’m going from one to another by days and no solution.
Can someone lend a hand?
