Changing my blog’s title

Hello,

Is there a way that I can change the title page of my blog? Right now, the tile page is the same name as my website, but I don’t want that. I want the blog to have it’s own name. It currently resides in a folder with the name that I want.

For example, the blog is called dread1mynproductions.com
I do not want it to have that name. The name, or title that I would like for the blog is “The Roving Activist’s Blog”, or something to that effect. I did not see anywhere on the admin page where I could change this. Can I edit one of the files on my server to achieve this, or will I have to re-install the blog?
