Changing Menu Size To Fit them all in horizontally

I cannot see option of “Layout” to change menu font size so they can fit in horizontally as the quanity is 9 (Nine) menu items. I do not know how to change font size of these menu items so they can some how fit in horizontally help. The theme I am using is called “Responsive Blogger” help.
