Changing menu navigation labels… does it impact SEO?

Hi, I′ve been looking at different topics on this but found no answer to my question.
I have a few labels which are too long if I use my keywords and was thinking of changing the navigation label that shows in the menu, rather than changing de page name.
However I ask myself whether this change will have an impact on SEO?

This is one example of page name I would like to shorten in the navigation labels option via menus. https://coach2coach.es/diseno-web-para-coaches/
Rather than showing “dise?o web para coaches” in the main menu, if I change it to, for example “dise?o coaches” or “para coaches”, will it affect my SEO?
