Changing Main Categories being used

Hello ProfitMag,

Love your plugin. only have one problem which i need some guidance on.

I currently have a plugin(ultimate auctions pro), which have its own catagories section.

but the theme can only show and use the default wordpress categories.

my question is, is there a way to either change wordpress’s categories section to be the same as the plugin or vice versa.
Or change the theme to utilize the plugin categories instead of wordpresses own ?
