Changing Logo Size?

I can’t seem to adjust the logo size no matter what I do. It stays super small, even when my source images are far bigger than what appears.

Any ideas?

(I currently am using the site name and tagline at the top vs a logo, because the logo is so comically small that I can’t leave it up until I figure this out.)
