Changing Logo on Theme Templates

Categories will not appear unless there are also published posts saved in the categories.

How to change the logo on a theme template entirely depends on the theme. You haven’t posted enough detail. What is the theme? If there is a link to download it, please provide the link. Did you check for an Appearance → Theme Options to see if the theme author built in any options such as changing out the logo? What is the link to your blog?
