Changing Location has no effect

Hi there,

For me the plug-in only works partially. Note: On the site we only use Post Code to determine the shipping cost. So I have disabled the other fields in your plug-in.

1. If the customer is logged in, then your plug-in will use the Post code they have on their account. Which is to be expected.
2. But if I try to then update the location (the Post Code) using the product page field for this, the Ajax progress icon activates, but after that nothing changes. The pricing remains the same. Even when using post codes with very different shipping costs.
3. If I try to change the location with the Location button. Same issue. Has no effect.
4. If customer is NOT logged in, then the first entry I put into the location (Post Code) field on Product page will take effect. Same for the Location button. But after this, neither is able to change the location and associated shipping costs.

Do you have any suggestions?
