changing links is not reflected on the website

hello,

some images inside my website is broken as it is still refer to the old test url, so I used the plugin to change the test url to the new url.

the plugin shows confirm notification that the links are updated, but when I refresh the website and delete the cashe, the website images are still broken and refer to the old test URL!!!

when I tried to run a “dry run” on the test URL from the plugin , it shows that there is no URL related to test URL!! that confused.

that means the links is changed inside the database but why they are not reflected, in the website!
