Changing 'Link rel' of an image

Whenever I insert an image into a post or wherever, it automatically adds “attachment wp-att-786” to the ‘link rel’. Of course the number is dynamical.
How can I remove this happening or adjust it to open the image or as a lightbox, instead of showing the image in another post. As that is what it does. The image in his own post.
