Changing link in header

When you click on my header picture right now it takes you back to my homepage with all my posts. I am trying to change the header.php so that when you click the header image it takes you to a different url.
Here is my header.php code I am working with.

<a href="https://www.urliwant.com">to replace<a href="<?php echo esc_url( home_url() ); ?>"and<a href="<?php echo esc_url( home_url() ); ?>"that appears under the logo part and I have not gotten it to change at all.
