Changing Default Link Colour

I am using Ocean WP theme and editing with Elementor.

Elementor is very helpful in allowing me to simply paste in a series of text blocks from an older site but what i am stuck with is black on white text (which is what I want) but the links also come out grey, which are impossible to distinguish from the rest of the text. I would like to be able to set a default somewhere across the site that makes the links the standard blue (#0000EE;) and (#551A8B;) for visited.

However, I cannot for the life of me find anywhere in either Elementor, Ocean WP or else WordPress itself that allows me to change the link colour. Can someone help me to find a way to set a default link colour not just for one page but that acts for every link across the site?
