changing link colors ?

ok im not very great in this style thing but have a look at my site…in the left menu you see on top ..

But the active links …More and Feed show blue or purple if clicked , or visited…
What do i have to change or ad to get it like the rest in the menu ?
I tried a few samples but didnt work…
Any help pleaseeeeeee !
