Changing language it changes font in website

    Hi,

    I am using Astra theme in which I set/build the website with Spectra plugin.
    I’ve built a french website with an english dashboard in WordPress. When I set in settings > general > language in French, I’ve found out that it changes all doubled quoted text (“ any text here “) to double arrow chevron (<< any text here >>).
    It happens either in custom fonts and local fonts.
    Going back to English fixes the issue but it isn’t the end purpose. Any solution for this kind of error ?
