Changing language?

This is probably a pretty lame question but how do i change the language of the data shown based on the multiple language options in the plugin? I can’t find any place were i can change that.

Also how can one limit information (eg: show only latest round results and/or only next round fixtures instead of the whole list of available results and fixtures)
