Changing label of the “Login” button to “My Account” for logged in user

How it can be changed depends 100% on the theme that you’re running. As you haven’t said that, there’s no way that anyone can give you any accurate information.

At a very vague guess, I’d say that there’s a button in the theme somewhere that you can modify. Where it is, and if that’s possible… I don’t know (see above sentance).

If the label gets run through translation functions like __(), you can use the “gettext” filter to “translate” any specific string into another, even if it’s in the same language.
