changing IP addresses

I have multisite running on an EC2 instance but was having issues. I’ve upgraded the instance which in turn changed the IP address and whilst the primary website is working none of the additional sites are.

I changed DNS (including the wildcard) and am able to create new sites, just can’t get the original sites working.

I also updated the domain mapping IP address but to no avail.

I’m supposed to be going live with an updated site in the morning and would really appreciate any help.
