Changing Image URL to New File Path

  • My original blog was under mydomain.com/wordpress. I recently made WordPress my main website platform so I moved WordPress to be under my main domain. Now all the images I used in previous blog posts are not showing up. I noticed in the URL they show the old url file path for example: mydomain.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads…

    When I manually changed the url in the htmal for one of the images in a blog post by removing the /wordpress/ it worked and the image showed up.

    My concern and question is, do I have to do this manually for all images in all blog posts? I have posts dated back to 2009 so this would be dreadful.

    Is there another way to change all of the images URL’s in all blog posts to have the new, correct file path?
