Changing hyperlink hover color

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me out with a little problem I’m having.

I am attempting to change the hover color on my website when the cursor is hovering over a link. It is currently black and I would like to change it to a customized color I have in mind.

I attempted to look through the css code but got a little lost and didn’t see a link heading that seemed appropriate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
