Changing hover colour and meta data (?)

    I absolutely love this forum but some things are too hard for me to accomplish.. so I need some advice if I can do this myself with css or does it require someone to do it for me:

    I have a nice hover on my webshop, but I would like to change the hover color (already accomplish this) and change the text that is shown.

    My example of what I want:
    – Homepage: category title + line centered
    – Categorypage: subcategory title + line centered
    – Productoverviewpage: product title + line + price under line

    Can this be done using CSS only? If not; is someone willing to help me out for a friendly price :))
