Changing "Home" to "HOME" on navigation bar

    I have made all the pages in my navigation bar all caps, except I cant seem to change the “Home” font to all caps. I think it must be coded somewhere, but I’m not really sure where to look or how to change that. Any ideas? (I am using Radiate Theme)
