    I placed a heading block inside a column block, and when I change the heading block’s background color it adds padding; however, this padding isn’t shown in the block’s settings.

    I made gif of it, but I can’t upload it to this post.

    Is this a bug?

    We need a live link to check out the code.

    Hello. I don’t have a live link. I’m building the site on a localhost at the moment.

    But it can be easily duplicated by placing a heading block inside a columns block. Change the columns block to any color, and then change the heading block to a different color.

    Just adding a heading block and changing the background color adds the padding. This is the css:

    the class is “has-background” and the its sole property is

    padding: 1.25em 2.375em;
