Changing header color

    try this

    #header.has_slider {    background: rgba(0,0,0,0) !important;}
.sticky_menu #top-nav {background: rgba(0,0,0,0) !important;}
.sticky_menu #top-nav > div > ul > li.current-menu-item {background: rgba(0,0,0,0) !important;}
.sticky_menu #top-nav > div > ul > li:hover{background: rgba(0,0,0,0) !important;}

    It should make all the menu transparent, except submenues
