Changing H2 tag in Isotope

I can change the other layouts in the free version using:

.rt-tpg-container .layout1 .rt-holder .rt-detail h2 {
font-size: 20px;
font-weight: 200;
letter-spacing: 0;
line-height: 25px;

but when I have try this the isotop H2 does not change. The text is too big.
