Is there a possibility to change the global width of the whole page to i.e. fixed 600px. That would be for the best possible reading experience.

  • Hi ekki123,

I’ve given this some thought and I’ll be including a fix for this in our next theme release: v3.10.

However, using a fixed width isn’t a good solution. Ideally, we’ll implement a mechanism that allows users to enter the widths in percentages.

    Thanks.

    Hi Scott,
Could you kindly point me to where the setting for global width? I can’t find it in the theme customization setting.
    Thanks.

    Hi decutaj,

it’s not a setting you can control, but rather an update to an old setting inside the theme. The global max width in the previous version was set a fixed 640px, now it’s a fixed 792px. Makes the content area look wider.

We’ll try to make this more versatile in our next update. Meaning, you’ll be able to control the width within certain parameters.

    Thanks,
    Scott.
