Changing global links

Brand new user switching from Blogger to WordPress AND changing the domain/host at the same time.

This is creating a big headache since the import went fine, but many posts and links refer back to the other domain/host.

Is there a way for me to swiftly change all the referring URLs to the new domain/host without having to edit by hand almost 500 posts and links?
