changing gateway options

    We are using paypal and having nothing but problems with them.

    If we change to a different payment gateway how would that work with current members?

    Hi Chas,

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.

    Would you mind telling me what flavor of PayPal are you using?

    Users should still be billed from PayPal, you will need to keep an eye on this from PayPal side to ensure users are being billed, otherwise users will need to checkout again in order to setup the payment plan in the new gateway.

    Wow – this is not good we have hundreds of members and Paypal keeps screwing it up.

    It is paypal express to keep it simple.

    Thanks for the feedback, what are the issues you are experiencing with PayPal exactly so I may try and advise you on a solution to the problem or an alternative solution.
