Changing front page links

Hello,

I have searched the forums and I am grateful for the information I have come across but I do not think I found what I need.

I am trying to change the links that show on my site from this https://domainowned.com/?mdlp_my_domain_list=”some domain name” (where “some domain name” equals the domain name listed for that link – example is https://domainowned.com/?mdlp_my_domain_list=artdad-com-2) to this https://domainowned.com/contact-us

The issue is that I have over 600 links to change. I changed the permalinks URL in the admin area to custom structure and placed this URL in there https://domainowned.com/contact-us – but it still does not work. I also looked at changing the guid in phpMyAdmin but need help in determining the right and correct way to do this.

Could some one help. The site is https://domainowned.com and I am using the twenty-ten template.
