Changing format of footer on blog post

Blog post footer. I can change the page background colour, page font style etc, but nowhere can I see how to change the footer from a white background and blue font for links.

To clarify which footer I am referring to, I do not mean the page footer. I mean the footer on the post itself, the one that contains name, date and permalink.
