Changing Font Size crashes Block

    Hi There,

    I am having an issue with Neve whenever I change my font size of a block the block crashes and I loose all progress with that block. Not sure if this is something I have done but some help would be appreciated.

    to reproduce the issue is simple change the font size of any block and it repeats. the Browser being used in Chrome however happens on edge and firefox as well as OS is WIN 10 and this is being done on a WordPress production environment.

    forgot to mention when I change the theme the issue goes away which is why i think this is a theme issue

    Thanks for using Neve and reaching out.

    I have tried replicating this issue on a clean instance and Neve is working just as expected without any issues. So could you please some screenshots or a screencast video (replicating the issue) where the issue can be seen?

    Hey @ryan2685,

    That may be caused by some plugin conflict, Can you please check if it is caused by plugin conflict? To do it safely, Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, then go and create a new page(or edit previous one) and change the font size and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    Hi @kushnamdev

    It seems Genesis Blocks Plugin was causing the issue apparently it is affecting a large amount of themes not just Neve but the developers are aware of the issue and are making a fix thank you for your assistance!
