• With the old editor the editing menu included the ability to change font size and type.
Using the new block editor I can’t find a way to do that. Am I missing something?

Also is there an easy way to change line spacing? I have a header followed by content and I’d like it to have regular line spacing, not a big vertical gap.

It seems that for now, you would need to use css to get the fonts styled as you’re wanting. Let me know what specifics I can help with in this regard!

Thanks. I don’t know whether it’s a mental block but I am trying to avoid learning about style sheets. It’s just too much with everything else I have to do. So I will try to edit using the old editor until the new editor has the same flexibility. One would think that they shouldn’t have launched a new product without the ability to control something as basic as fonts.

Just to be clear, the issue you’re experiencing is with the paragraph block which is a WordPress block, not a Kadence block. If you want to use css you can actually paste it in the theme’s custom css box without having to deal with stylesheets in a child theme. I would be happy to help with that if you’d like!

Thanks but I have so much going on that I’ll live with how it is now. And for anything new I guess the old WordPress stuff, rather than the new blocks, is what I will stick with so I can edit the way I used to.
