Changing Font Colour

I am trying to change the colours of the font on previous orders.
Subtotal: ￡16.99
Shipping: Free shipping
Payment method: Cash on delivery
Total: ￡16.99
are all in red and would prefer them in other colours. Is there any way to do this?

Also the Total and shipping cells are black background and would like to change these also.
